The Entrepreneur
We work with LGBT+ entrepreneurs especially youths below the age of 30 who are ready to start or grow their businesses and empower them through mentorship to sharpen their business kills, grow their network, provide or connect them to resources and drive better results for their businesses.

Advocacy
Thanks to relationships bridged with faithful advocates across business and political leadership, Out Eastern Africa is in a prime position to make policy recommendations and advocate for the LGBT+ business community. We bring key objectives forward that can make change and advance support for more inclusive economies.

Enterprise development
Enhancing the knowledge and skills of LGBTI+ entrepreneurs through several classroom coaching and programs; and training. We offer business grants, in-kind donations to businesses that seek to help community

Verifying that eligible businesses are majority LGBTI+ owned and subsequently granting access to more economic opportunities.
